Everything You NEVER Wanted To Know About Rechargables (Part 2)

I added a few more details to the two threads on rechargables and chargers and try to shatter a lot of myths that keep popping up about batteries in this hobby as well. Also, I'll point you to a $25 computerized charger with display screen that will do any cell under the sun and has more features than chargers costing well over $100. Read this thread below and the other it links to. Myths such as people constantly saying a detector will get deeper with "more power using regular batteries" are also discussed.

No, it aint a sales add and I don't have any stock in the company who sells that charger. I'm just trying to keep detector users from spending big money on primative chargers that seem to be all over the place in this hobby. There are also a lot of myths floating around in the hobby about batteries that I hope my attempt to educate people on will help crush once and for all. Learned most of my stuff in the RC plane hobby field, where battery technology and use is a matter of great importance in whether your plane lives or dies in the air.
