:no pity:IT'S RAINING RIGHT NOW,LAST MONDAY CHRIS GAVE BLOOD TO BE TESTED.TUESDAY WENT TO GET THE RESULTS,WEDNESDAY WENT TO GET HER CANCER SHOT..FRIDAY HAD A HAIL STORM. SAT & SUN PRETTY GOOD. HERE WE ARE MONDAY,BOTH OF US WENT TO THE CHIROPRACTOR,TOMORROW WE GET A DAY OFF "MAYBE".WEDNESDAY,BACK FOR A CANCER SHOT,THURSDAY I GO TO THE "VA".NOW YOU MIGHT THINK MY SPIRIT IS WAY DOWN THE HILL,,"NOT SO"
I GET GOOSE BUMPS WHEN I THINK ABOUT WHO I GIVE PRAISE TO EVERY DAY. I GOT A PERSONAL INVITATION TO GO LIVE THE REST OF MY LIFE WITH MY LORD AND MASTER.
HERE LATELY I HAVE EXAMINED MY WORLDLY PLEASURES AND I THANK GOD FOR THE OPPORTUNITY OF OWNING MY LITTLE PLANE.WASN'T BUT 380 OF THE VAGABOND'S EVER MADE.IF I WOULD HAVE CONVERTED TO BE A "JEHOVAH'S WITNESS" I PROBABLY COULD still HAVE IT.(divorce)anyway i still remember the stalls,spins,loops,rolls,and the feel of freedom flying can bring you.now i have one of the best metal detectors and enjoy just a simple day in the sun with it.the future looks awful bright to me.I CAN'T FIND A BIG ENOUGH REASON TO WORRY.
MAY GOD FIND A BIG BLESSING FOR ALL OF YOU..HENRY

it was a Sundowner c10. I think that's the number. I have about 40 hours worth of flight time but didn't pass the checkflight before I had to Solo. Too expensive for my blood now. Maybe later on I'll get a chance to get back up to the friendly skies. The pic looks like a piper cub, but I gather it's a cessna 150? It's been awhile.

IT WAS OF THE CUB FAMILY..THE PIPER CUB WAS A J-3 OR J4.MY PLANE WAS A PIPER PA-15.LOOK CLOSE,THERE ARE NO BUNGEE CORDS FOR THE LANDING GEAR LIKE A CUB HAS.I GOT MY COMMERCIAL LICENCE IN A CESSNA 150 AEROBAT.A COMMERCIAL TICKET ONLY GIVES YOU THE PRIVILEGE TO REALLY LEARN TO FLY OR KILL YOURSELF..GOD BLESS..HENRY

I love to sing God's praises. Every Wednesday we practice. I'm trying to get involved with the church. Not a member yet but working on it. How are things with you Betty. Hope you were able to get that condominium you were talking about with your brother (I hope I have that right) and all.

hasn't come up from Florida as yet...may be here in May! Hard for him to leave his family, who all live in FL. Still planning to buy a Condo or a duplex providing I can find one that I like at the price I can pay! Right now I'm fixing this house up and trying to get it ready to sell! I would like to move down by my sister who lives 15 miles below Rolla!

I'm glad you get to sing with the church choir! I can't carry a tune in a bushel basket and with my emphysema and lung problems, I don't have enough air to sing, :( but I can make a joyful noise unto the Lord! :)

Stay happy in the Lord's joy for God is great!
