They have been #ell bent on killing everyone off since the beginning of time. Their religion does not teach tolerance of others, nor the willingness to compromise. They have chosen leaders that recruit women and children to kill by deception. I do not ever see a peaceful co-existence with the Muslims as long as they allow their own kind to form radical group killing machines. When Bush Sr. was in office he should have put a stop to all of it like Gen. Schwartzkopf wanted to, but backed off and now it has escalated and Washington does nothing but bicker back and forth.

Help with this war needs to come from within the Muslim Nations and their willingness to stop these radical extremest movements. I do not understand why we have to teach them how to fight, it seems like we are just spinning our wheels in the sand because there is little help from their own kind. Do they really want our help, are they willing to accept the Jewish and Christian religions, and are they willing to share that little piece of real estate called the "promised land" that they have been fighting over since the beginning of time. If we kill off one group there are more waiting in the wings to form another group. Now it is learned that Iran is helping the radicals in Iraq.....thats where the WMD are probably hid by Hussain......So where and how does all this stop. You can't just go and seal off the boarders to Iraq and kick out all the bad guys....you've got bordering sympathetic countries to deal with.

The civilized countries of the world need to Cut off the need for their oil as quickly as we possibly can.....let the rag heads start feeling it in their pocketbooks and they will suddenly start kissing our feet and settle into a peaceful co-existence with the world. And in the meantime if it is war that has to bring them to a realization that a peaceful co-existence needs to be maintained then so be it, and let our boys whoop their @$$e$!!

This is not being treated as a "war" in my view.I don't know what to call it.I wasn't a military guy but I do respect those who have been.We need to stop sending over the kids that are green to fighting.Send over the hardened guys and just put this thing to an end............Sory if I offended some one.I usually keep my mouth shut here on topics that are iffy to express myself.I still love all you guys and always will.Please forgive me once again as this will be my one and only post regarding such matters.

The more horrible the slaughter, the more deserving of 72 virgins they are.. What God do the virgins pray to?

Would Kirk or Spock really believe a nation condemns a military for keeping butchers locked up?It's called torture if the light is left on, the music is too loud and they are kept awake for several days at a time? In the meantime soldiers are truly tortured and gets little attention.

Would observers of a show like that really believe the major newspapers could publish national security secrets, that puts all their people in danger of being murdered, and not be punished in some way?

The audience would not believe the opposing political factions would deliberately tell lies and call for action that would, without a doubt, cause great harm to their own country.

Gene Roddenberry would not have written something like that because it is to unbelievable.

What makes me sick is when some our people over there make a mistake, it is in the paper day after day and is critized by the media worldwide. But when our soldiers are tortured and slaughtered, it did not even make the front page in my town. It was on the 5th or 6th page and has hardly been mentioned since then. Things are going to happen in war but they are innocent(?) and oppressed(?) but ours are guilty if they sneeze. We have a niece and her husband over there and we hold our breath everyday. I'm off the soap box now.
