Sorry to say but NO, it wouldn't be. You'll have to dig all signals to find the gold. Larger gold rings can ring up as a silver coin. Small gold rings can be found in the single digit numbers. Gold chains, bracelets, etc. can be in the negative numbers. DIG DIG DIG........it ALL! Good luck and enjoy. HH, Nancy
