Ever see a word then start wondering....

I saw the word 'pray' and know we are to pray for one another. Then the thought came to me that James 5:16 says "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." Never is it written to 'prey' on one another. Yet it is more than common - that is 'prey'ing on one another - than it seems 'pray'ing for one another is.

Seeing the word 'pray' brought up the thought of 'prey' and isn't it like the devil to twist things around to turn things from good to evil like changing 'pray' (good) to 'prey' (evil) and to have both words sound alike.

This 'thought' about these words, I am sure, was not just a random electron floating around in my brain but instead the Holy Spirit in me guiding me to more wisdom - and for me to share it with you. May God be praised and glorified. Thank you Holy Spirit for this insight and thank you Jesus for making me free. Thanks to our Father for His love.

I like Pray better! :)

change the words that are true and twists them to sound better! Like "gay" and "lesbian" for homosexuals...nothing good or gay about their lifestyles! Abortion of babies instead of killing or murdering of babies!
And many others...like mercy killings....But these are all evil no matter what is said or done to soften the circumstances!!

Satan has always wanted to be God and claims to be the Messiah, but he is the anti-Christ...a false God, Who's a liar and the father of lies!!

As Steve said, "The Lord giveth life and He taketh it away! Blessed be the name of the Lord!! His Word is true and reveals what is good and what is evil, if we will only listen and see for ourselves!

The world is in a sad condition! :(

God Bless!
