I went out yesterday with the beautiful 1350 went to the river searching along the sand found the junk toe ring that was it so decided to venture into the water found 6 x 1 cent coins ,4x 2 cent coins ,2 x 20 cents coins, junk ring, 1 x penny 1950,1x six pence{silver} 1927 = 6 cents, 1 x shilling {silver}1948 = 10 cents, 1 x Florin {silver}1947 = 20 cents. so had a good evening for me . can anyone tell me how to remove the green crust from the coins please? will the gem tumbler do it and if so do you know where to get one on a limited budget.postage is also a bit of a killer from the US.

notice the older sixpence has no green crust as it is 925 sterling silver [fine]

Too bad you have no Harbor Freight stores there. They have inexpensive and reliable tumblers. Many have different methods for removing the green but have you tried TARN-X.
