Eurotek Pro with 10" elliptical concentric coil?

I am thinking about getting one these 10" concentric coils and was wondering how this setup performs compared to the Eurotek Pro with 11"DD coil? Thanks

#1.. It is MY opinion that most Double-D coils do not work as well as a Concentric for most of the types of sites I prefer to hunt.

#2.. It is generally acknowledged that a DD coil will not Discriminate as cleanly as a Concentric coil of similar size, and I have verified this with ample in-field comparisons to form MY opinion.

#3.. It is also generally observed that Double-D coils do not produce as tight and consistent a VDI response as a similar-sized Concentric coil, which is also My opinion.

#4.. Most of the time I can pinpoint closer/tighter and more accurately, and easily, with a Concentric coil. It's MY opinion that this is true for most people.

#5.. I formed an opinion long ago than smaller-sized coils work best for me and the types of sites I hunt, usually smaller-than-stock.

To this I will add that one of the reasons I bought my first Teknetics Omega back in March of 2010 was due to the 10" [size=small](5

10" elliptical concentric on the Euro is the #1 winner! IMO Can't wait to hear your thoughts. I see you traded.

The 10" EP kicks it up a notch !!!!

Has anyone tried using the F75/70 10" concentric on the ETP? Being that there is no manual ground balance on the ETP, I could imagine that might be a problem?

Yeah I traded my 11" DD coil for the 10" concentric coil. I can't wait to see how it performs in my area for me and what the depth difference will be between the two coils.Hank68 are you using the concentric coil or the white 5x10DD coil?

It feels small compared to the 11". (11.5 vs 9.75) Gets the same depth for me but is 10x quieter with EMI and rock solid ID. still good coverage too. It's basically the 8" coil squished and I love it!

Sorry junior I just read it, I'm using the solid white one,
