EURO SABRE & ELDORADO

It looks to me that the only difference between a ELDORADO and a EURO SABRE are Frequency Shift(Eldorado)and Iron ID(EURO SABRE) oh, and the coil size! Is there any differances in the way these two machines Preform?

you toggle the Iron ID 'OFF' on the Euro Sabre, you're going to basically have an Eldorado so far as discrimination adjustment and performance .... with one exception.
The Eldorado's, not too long after their release, had a revision to slow the All Metal mode's autotune speed down as it was too fast. The Euro Sabre's didn't get that revision and have the faster autotune in All Metal. At least all of the Euro's I have had or used had the faster autotune.
But the performance of the EURO Sabre is at its best when the discriminate level is at the minimum setting and the toggle is set to AUDIO Iron ID. I definitely prefered that to either the BLANK Iron ID or even increasing the discriminate level to try and reject some of the similar iron junk. I prefered to hear the lower Iron ID tone.

And if you switch the coil on the Euro you have twice the machine as the Eldorado, minus the frequency switch (not a big deal unless you are competing).
