Etrac still amazing me..big silver accomplishes my goal

I upgraded from a AT in April to a Etrac and my goal was to reach 50 silver and 200 wheats before end of year. I was sitting at 47 and 191 on Halloween. I asked permission at a old farm house I have been watching that was for sale and finally caught up with the owner who was in the middle of loading his moving truck. He told me to go ahead and hunt his property. It was originally a basement house in the 30's and 40's and the farmer finally built the upper floor in 1951. I found 2 silvers and 4 wheats in a half an hour...put me at 49 and 195 Went out this morning to the same farm and in the second plug I cut found the SLQ and the Barber plus a wheatie...I was happy since one goal was met. Next came the Washington. I went to the back and about 10 feet down the walk found my second Walker of the year (third half, I found a Franklin a couple of months ago). Another 5 min. and found the Merc , war nickel, and wheatie. Finished up with 9 total wheaties.Total silver pulled from this farm so far has been 8 with 13 wheaties in 3 1/2 hours. I still have most of the back yard to do
As said before, the Etrac is a amazing machine !

that was an awesome farm yard!

Goes4ever...I was using your settings..had to use BillS's trashy park pattern because the house is up for sale and owner did not want me digging a lot of holes, so I really had to discriminate which I usually do not do...I want to stay on the good side of him..passed up a lot of iffy signals. Hopefully he sees that you cannot even see where I dug. I still have the backyard to do.

Nice farm yard. I would keep hitting it over and over while you can. Who knows if the new owner will let you hunt. Congrats on some great finds.

Super finds! Congratulations on attaining your goal! Great story and great pictures.

Man on a yard like that I would be digging all deep iffy signals, show the owner your plugs and see if he can even tell.......I bet you missed some goodies for sure
