Etrac lower rod spinning on the shaft?

This just started happening. The coil end of the lower rod is spinning all the way around the shaft. How is the end attached to the rod? It feels like there are two slots inside the coil connector but there aren't any splines on the shaft to fit into them. I need some advice on this problem. Thanks
 
I think originally shaft was glued but you can use super glue, but before make shaft position right.
 
Thanks Fellas, I used some Griller glue and it seems to be holding. Thats how I pronounce Guerilla Glue.
