Etrac/Explorer balance weight?

I was wondering as I have an E-trac and also the Explorer ,But I didn't Have the Explorer long enough to notice the weight balance difference. Is there really that much of a difference to you guy's who have had both? I have heard the E-trac is heavier but better balanced? I was curious as every arm is different. I have shoulder issues but had a harder time with the CTX 3030 than I did with the E-trac so I wonder about this whole balance thing. Thanks.

I *think* the SE is a half a pound lighter from memory?

EX SE 4.2lb w/ batt
Etrac 4.8lb w/ batt

Enjuries isnt always about balance..... some have to do with sweep speed. I used to have horrible elbow pain using a Whites machine. I switched to the heavier Explorer which brought a more natural slower sweep speed. Havent had any problems with a heavier machines. You can adjust the balance somewhat by adjusting the length of your coil or obviously trying one of DOCs' swingythingies.

A lot people on CTX forum said that CTX 3030 was easier to swing because of it being better balanced then the Etrac or Explorer despite the CTX being heavier then both the Etrac and Explorer and you have the opposite opinion. I have used the Quattro and now the Explorer and I have never had a problem so far.
