ETrac acting up

For the last three months I've noticed that my ETrac sometimes sounds a high pitched low volume tone that keeps sounding until I lower it to tap it on the ground. Just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this?
 
This is different from your threshold tone????

You're not running in pitch hold are you???

Other than that, I can't think of a reason this would be normal. Keep us posted.
