Donating your crusty Zlincoln penneys to the bell ringer at the mall. Fine or something you would not do?

Mark

I would give good ones he could use. I tumble crusty ones, roll them, and take them to the bank.

If they are damaged, no. If they are cleaned and usable, yes. It's not a garbage can, it's a donation bucket. JMHO, Nancy

I clean my Zincoins and then run them thru the local coin star machine at Walmarts what it won't take gets thrown away . My bank won't take them if they won't go through there machine . I would only put good clean usable pennies in the salvation army pot .

Harold, I hope you only take your Lincolns to the Coin Star machine. They take a chunk of the profit and you work hard for all your finds. We always take every penny to the bank. If the coins don't go through the machine, we bring them home and pitch them. If it's a dime, etc. and bent, Larry will pound it out. That coin could put us over our goal. :) HH, Nancy

I only take the zincoins in bad shape to the coinstar to see what will go through it everything else goes to the bank . I sort the zincoins out when I tumble them so only take out the bad ones that I think are to bad to go to the bank .
