Which of the Eric Fosters PI's would you consider for dry placer and stream gold hunting?

The Goldscan 5 would be the choice if you can find one. I would strongly urge you to wait a month or so until Whites comes out with it's new PI machine. It's modeled after the GS5 and many improvements have been made, such as waterproof loops for your stream hunting. In addition, it will be cheaper, made in the USA, and backed by the largest detector company in the world.
