It means you have the Equinox 600...which can only AUto noise cancel. (By pressing the check button on the right.)

The 600 cannot manually change the NC channels.

It might have been nice to include this in the manuals, though...I'm like you, and at first thought the big AU might be some kind of error code.

Ok Thanks.. I have a 800 that I use and just got a 600 too.. so never saw that.. Thanks again!
 
If you lived here in Alabama 1/4 of this state's population will insist this means Auburn University.
Everyone else that lives here are convinced this is backwards and should be UA.
