My equinox 600 is not functioning, the main dealer repairs they want to change the whole unit ,they do not open and see which component may need replacing.I therefore I am asked Ng Minelab for a diagram for me to pinpoint the fault. For which I think they should have no reason for not wanting provide me with one. Does any one else have a diagram ? If you do please contact me.

They're pretty much a throw away machine as I do not think they can be opened up they're sealed.

I have to assume the schematics are proprietary and you will never get one. Plus, us you are not into micro-miniature repair and have a source for the failed part you would be out of luck anyway. Just think...When was the last time you saw a television repair shop? We have become a "Throw-away society", but it never hurts to try if there is no other option for repair.
