First off, if you don't feel like reading this, I highly recommend it. I ran it almost exclusively on the 800 & 900 for just about 6 years. I tried the 5x10. ran it for about 40 hunts or so and decided the 6 was better. It hits dimes in clean ground at 9 -10 inches no problem. I have had deeper as well. It gets in tight to places the bigger coils just can't reach. For me it wasn't a health issue. Just wanted to get into and around thickets and tree roots. And it did very well. My only hope is they get one out for the Manticore. Good luck.

I run a 6" coil on my 600. It is my machine for along sidewalks and around trees and pretty much places my factory coil on the 900 can't get. I have had 6" coins with it so I do like the depth. I don't have bad hands so I am no help there.
