End of 2016 Season for my AT Pro & Infinium L/S

Well my Pro had it a complete overhaul at Garrett this Spring. Came back humming like a champ. Cost for overhaul $50, not bad seeing I thought I was going to need a new one. Anyways, the Pro found little over 2,200 coins, 5 Silver rings & a silver half. Averaged 12% nickels. Bad news, no gold for the Pro this year. I just couldn't put any Gold under the Pro's coil.
The Infinium, getting only about half the hunting time as the Pro, came in with a little over 1,100 coins. Couple Silver necklace's, a few silver rings&coins. Two Gold rings, not real big but not bad. The Inferno averaged 16% nickels. Both of these machines have had better gold years, it just wasn't out there where I hunt. Looking around, I'm seeing people (teens threw say the 40's) spending most of their $ on Phones, &Tatoo's. Precious metals have been slipping but it's got to come down in the stores before Bling becomes cool again.

Hope everyone else did ok too.

Now that's a lot of digging. Can't beat Garretts' service. My ATX came back looking like factory new, as well as operating like new. Even down to a couple of rusty looking screws. Fabulous people and company.
Next year try stopping just before walking over the the gold, decide to dig it and wow-la! I know both the ATPro and Infinium can do it. But I have to admit my Infinium did not see any gold this year either. It only got wet during the two week the ATX was in for overhaul. From what I have read finds are down all around...in the water due to the amount of sand
And for next year:
May the ring of gold be in your ears and its glitter in you pouch.
Happy New Year.

You did very well with both machines. Both machines truly excel in certain areas, and you definitely know what they are. I really enjoyed your posts this year. Keep up the great work......
