Empty lot gives up the goods!

hunted an empty lot today with 3 buddies, Charlie, Kozyman (Denny) And Brad DFX

used to be an old house there. Fist target of the day was a 1929 Buffalo nickel, then shortly after I got a nice deep whisper, I thought it was a dime, and it turned out to be a super sweet 1903 Barber dime. (silver #95 this year)

Got a pulltab signal and I was digging them all, this one turned out to be a 1906 V nickel, my 11th this year.

also found 2 wheats, 1944, 46, a missouri tax token a lil clad, old watch, a penny that a kid ground down to be exact size of a dime. They did a good job because it is almost exact! Brad never posts, so I will tell you he got few wheats and a 1904 indian penny, Charlie got a mercury dime, and wheats I think. Not sure what all Denny got, think some silver and gold.

As always Terry, Super Finds! You sure know how to sniff out the coins! what part of the country are you in?

Its great that you keep a count on the various coins you have found. I would do that, however I would be sooo depressed if I did.

G4e you have got to love those old nickels, well and all the old coins... It's to bad the the nickels come out of the ground so tarnished. It's cold here and i have a cold to boot, The TH year is close to thru here. It's possible we may get to hunt into Dec. But those who claim to know say another hard winter is coming. I am gona try for a Barber by the end of the year though. If not, I may buy one.
