Foxwoods held the distiction of being the largest in the world, but no longer holds that title.......I think the largest one is in Asia someplace.

San Manuel Casino in Highland, California, and Island Resort and Casino in Harris, Michigan are both larger than Foxwood. There are at least 3 others in the U.S. larger than Mohegan Sun making it about no. 7 on the list.

They do count the number of slot machines and gaming tables, not the square footage of the casinos. So the casino who holds the title, please put up that website with proof of their distiction............keep in mind also that Foxwoods owns casinos in other states........they might own or manage both of those......I am not sure on that.
