I havent been out much due to the intense heat and all around lack of motivation, I went out this morning and obtained permission to hunt a yard undergoeing some type of work (its a mess) anyhow, I scored a nice seated dime 1873 with arrows (Variety 5, I believe) no mint mark (Philly) and some clad , The fellow I spoke with owns at least 5 homes 2 here in town and two in the next town up, I have permission to have at all 4 (the fifth is up in Oregeon) all the houses are and have been rentals for eons so he said just dont knock on the door but otherwise go at it, I got started at one then went to check out the other before the heat beat my Azz, I need to get an earlier start tomarrow,,,,,,,,,, The Sovereign Elite rules.......

Hmm. Seems to me Adam you're actually about the only one who takes his machine out for a hunt 'weather' it's hot or not.
Nice find Ol'Soverein One.

Yeah Sov's rule. But the number of oldies you've pulled with it leads me to believe you bring an "A" game. 96 here yesterday with high humidity. Its like a pressure cooker out there. Ive slowed way down but now I'm motivated.

you need to hit them old spots I know you have on the east coast, shoot you have super duper old ones out there, I put in many hours and hit lots of old homes and old empty lots, .......thanks take care

I try and keep at it even on the crummy days knowing there has to be crappy days and good days , so every crappy day draws me that much closer to a good day .......thanks take care

I try and keep my skills sharp but some days I cant find the magic, I put in many hours and only post the real old ones and never post the crummy days , but I have had plenty of bad days, I couldnt find a good coin to save my life in the begining and became frustrated, but with time, my ears got sharper and I became in tune with the deeper stuff....some days I just leave the gas money and go for only deeper stuff, it has paid off .thanks and take care
