Eldorado uMax

reffering to the UMax Eldorado, is the ground balance pre-set on the disc side? Or when you ground balance is it effective for both all metal mode and disc modes ? Also what year did tesoro bring out the umax Eldorado ?

The Tesoro Eldorado uMax is a manual Ground Balance Metal Detector. You have to ground balance the MD before you put it into disc.
It is not pre-set when you switch to Disc. mode. It is is not ground balance you will loose depth.

Yes, once you ground balance it, it is good to go for both modes, disc. and all metal.

The Deepest dime I have dug with the Tesoro Eldorado uMax was 8inches. In bone dry dirt!! Using the stock 9x8 inch coil!
It's a very good metal detector!!
