El Cheapo Edge wading harness.

Was looking to take the Edge wading and needed a shoulder/neck setup on short notice. Looked around through the camping/hunting/hiking collection in the basement(scary place)and came up with this canteen/water bladder holder I was using for Turkey hunting. Bought it at an army surplus place for like 2 bucks. Adjusted the straps short and wore a shirt with a big collar to keep the neck from being rubbed by the strap.

Took a utility knife and in 2 minutes had the holes for coil connector & headphones cut.

If it rains or you tend to splash too much simply close the flap, it clicks shut and the nylon sheds water quickly. I also used an old neoprene glove as a spacer to cant the Edge box forward to make seeing the display easier when you glance down.(not shown in photos)

Used this setup for several hours, worked great.
