Easter Day soccer field hunt keeping it slow and low

I did a 1.5 hour hunt in the old local soccer field today that i have hunted many times before mostly listening to signals and going slow on my swing speed it does pay off to slow it down and keep it low with the Sov.GT , sens just out of auto 10 o'clock , iron on ,full volume threshold just audible , depth was about 5 or 6 inch's on all targets, got some clad 2 silver dimes 1944 Merc 1948 Rosie and the normal tabs and slaw , amazing no iron to really speak of in the field . At 10 o,clock i get a smooth threshold in school fields any lower i lose the threshold , a chipmunk ? lol no those brand new pennys wont last a year in the ground here they fall apart Zink !!! Jim

Nice job. I've read of a lot of people finding rings in soccer fields. I wonder if that's a UK thing because every time I go by soccer fields in my area it's just small kids playing.

Out here soccer is a very popular sport not only schools but any town owned fields are made into soccer fields by the very large Latino population soccer is there game weekend warriors,s when they aint on the vineyards and they all wear there BLING!! it,s a Machismo thing Jim
