Early sring prediction?

I saw he was looking for a CZ on the classifieds forum - maybe he caught a few CZs then went out and saw his shadow... It is suppose to get in the 40's around here this week. I wonder how long it will take to melt the two feet of snow?
HH - BF

Just so long as it does'nt all melt at once, otherwise I will be canoeing to the post office.

ICE.....and a lot of it:thumbdown:

I guess I did catch a glimpse of the pretty blue sky as I was laying flat on my back after flopping off the ice covered steps to my house:cool:

Must have looked pretty cool doing the "flop" considering all the honks and waves I got from cars passing by in front of my house:smoke:

I was also without power off and on last week for 5 days...and it was a nightmare.

Yep...the 40 degree temps will be nice for a few days...but like McDave said...if it melts all at once...I'll be boating to the gym in the mornings.

Bordome and cabin fever are in full swing here. I have cleaned my EX2...SEPro...E-Trac....XLT...all my coils...and even dusted off the hard case which holds my brand new CZ-21 water machine.

I've also been searching for another CZ to "mess" with at some of my beat up sites this season.... they are killers on nickel hits. I've had a CZ of some type in my stable since 1992...and one can never have too many machines right?

As for snow and ice..same here.

Sorry to hear about your power Bryce, we lost it during the winter a few years ago for a couple days, that was bad enough. Cant imagine 5 days in this brutal cold we've been having.

I noticed you were looking for a CZ70, I have a 70Pro and a 3D, they are excellent machines, in craftsmanship and tech. And yes..they are nickel KILLERS!

I'm not having any trouble hitting the iron... yet, now if my basement floods....

I have always had a cz in my arsenal since 1992.

After trying them all... I ended up with the cz70Pro about 6 years ago...but sold it last summer. I got a brand new CZ-21 because I have a dream of beach/water hunting some day. Guess what...that cz-21 still hasn't seen a beach...or the water:biggrin:...but it sure looks cool sitting in the hard case:thumbup:

I actually thought I would try to locate a cz-5, or cz-6a just to try something different this time...but I really know the CZ-70Pro well.

As I'm sure you know...all CZ's are not created equal. Some are "hotter" (deeper) than others while some might be more stable than others.

I got very lucky and found me a super "hot" one that is also very stable...which is a rare combination.

I can't wait to strap the Sunray FZ-12 coil on that critter and have some deeeeeeep fun.

Am I going to be using it as much as my Explorers?...heck no. My Explorers are my #1 machines and I will be using them 95% of the time.

Something about the CZ's though....and playing with a 10+ year old machine.....and man do they LOVE nickels:thumbup:

There is still a heap of snow here. I don't care what it looks like outside, I am going out in four more weeks.

If I have to move snow with a shovel to detect, so be it.

Your gonna need to get that early start if your ever gonna catch up with me Leggo...and learn that new SE!:detecting::minelab:
