Early Morning Waterhunt..

Craig-PI

New member
Met up with PI-Joe this morning for a hunt at a beach at 6 am we hit the minus tide..

I got the 14k ruby and diamond ring and the small silver ring marked sterling and the coins..

Joe got the 14k wedding band marked 6-11-49 plus a merc dime and a 61 quarter..

We both used PI's..

Stones tested good

Very nice!! I love finding colored real stones, diamonds don't thrill me. Congrats.

I'll trade ya.. ;) I have about 6 ruby rings now and a number of sapphire rings but few diamond rings :)

Where we hunt there is little trash.. when we water hunt we go deep in the troughs where there is little if any trash.. there is no sand where we hunt so your not going to get the trash you get in the wet sand or dry stuff..

Its tests good buts its not a real ruby if it was I would be buying a new truck :) Its simulated for sure..

Some Lab/cultured rubies are still fairly valuable.... Hopefully that one is!

There is still some junk there mattockman, but Craig is gifted auditorily and can leave the crap behind and still get the good stuff, LOL! I have told Craig before that his nuts look like they were recovered by an Excal.

I hear you, Mate. It would be great if it was real but what are the odds of a natural ruby that size? Slim to none but a pirate's got to dream and you might as well dream big!

Nice Find,

BDA:cool:
