Early evening spin on Gulf, with gold.???

PaPa-Joe-Fla.

New member
The spin started around 4:30 at low tide, the beach looked like a mine field. Holes every where, someone was digging at high tide and all the holes showed up at low tide, 30 yards of beach from high to low tides with no waves at all. I managed to find some clad and one little (charm?)it is marked 999.9 on the front at bottom, but it is overlay. Had a Beautiful sunset the sky looked like it was on fire.

ARRIVED AT BEACH IT WAS EMPTY, EXCEPT FOR A MAN FLYING A KITE.

[size=medium]If you go to my website at http://64.235.35.226/bgmding.html mid way down the page you'll find a "Decimal Equivalents of Karats" chart. If you find jewelry with a number on it you can compare it to the chart and you'll know what you have.

Just below that I have a couple of sentances about Silver and Platimum.

Happy Hunting!!!

Can you tell me what you used to get a close up picture and what method you used to down load it. I can't seem to get a close up of my jewelry THX

Nice stuff Joe... that medal looks like silver with a coating of gold over it... have you had it checked out?

Craig, you are 100% correct it is 24K layed over .500 silver. Tested it today. Bad news is,it only weighs 1 gram. It is very thin, so at most it would be 1/2 gram of 24k gold. But that is a first for me 24k. and I love it, that covers every thing but Platinum this year. I have a palladium earring, rings in Titanium, 14k, 10k, 19k, 22k,stainless, carbon tungsten and silver. You got to love this hobby. HH.
