Hi Mickfin, Way To GO!! I sold my Bigfoot coil, but the guy said it didn,t work on the XLT, don,t know why but all vdi,s were way to hi. So i will be getting it back and kinda glad i am. It worked fine on the Eagle 11. Some of the vdi,s were a little high but not by that much. Is the vdi,s high on your Eagle and Bigfoot coil? Can,t beat that Eagle 11 sl for gold. Good luck Flintstone

Thats a beauty of a ring. I have looked at it myself. Even if some people think its not valued at that price, you know what you were told by the jeweler.

NICE FIND BUD!!!

I still think Micky is a little high, it looks like a $1800 ring to me............. You know Mick and his fishing stories............

Joel the AT-Pro reads 70 / 71 on this Big Ring Mid tone flat, On edge A mid too Hi tone 77 , If you hear a Low grunt tone with the iron auido off i Like to hear it all but with a Hi tone its a iron bottle cap?? But dig it all 4R a bit, So you can see what the AT-Pro is saying, But if you put a Gold Ring next to a bottle cap the AT-Pro will give you a mid tone Like a B/C dosent??? Its just a FANTASTIC Detector!!!!! 42 VDI#s with a mid tone is your mid size Gold Rings, Thanks 4R the good #s Joel, You will Love the AT-Pro Mickey,

I think Larry is dead on and maybe a little generous. $ 431.41 melt as of Friday 11/30/12 all depends on the diamonds. Sell it privately and don't consider the melt value. A GREAT FIND congratulations!

On a find like that you don,t even think of melt value. That is a keeper for sure. I found a gold hart with 63 diamonds in it, and melt would be 500.00 to 600.00 but is worth 3000.00 to 4000.00. Some thing just don,t get melted. Very Nice Flintstone

I think Mick has laid claim to the find and it is worth far more than melt to him. I am pretty sure replacement value is the $1800 we were talking about and I was just giving Mick a hard time stretching it to $2000. No matter what price tag is put on it, it sure is a dandy find and I hope he finds many more.......

Thanks all 4R the Good #Rs , Mickfin
