last find of the day was this Eagle button it has a ot of wear but I can read the back mark. It is Scovill Haydem any ideas? thanks for looking. All found deep solid signals, HH Mike
 
Nice button Michael,the only ref. I could find is Levenwoth,Hayden&Scovill circa.1811-1827.Re-check the back mark and see if that's it.HH,Tom

I have gone out with my new EX II and have only found bullets. I have tested buttons in my back yard and it seems like the EX II does'nt like buttons.
what kind of settings are you useing to get good responses from buttons of diffrent sizes?
