E-Trac with WOT 15" Coil

Is anyone else having success with the 15" WOT coil on the E-Trac? I have been pulling some nice silver coins out of a ball field with it. Let me hear your stories.

oh ya! i love that coil. i use it almost all the time now. I've had great results. you can swing slow but still cover allot of ground. not too heavy either. i grabbed 2 barber quarters out of the middle of an old ball field that has been beat to death. i think that the big coil makes them wide open fields look a little less intimidating.

I like using a 14 inch excellorator coil on big open areas with deep stuff. I do however power down to the SEF 10x12 when I get into the trash on the grassy parks which makes it easyer to pinpont more accurately. One thing I would be carfull of with the bigger coils is that multiple coins throw off the readings and poinpoint. I focus very carfully on all targets like that when deep as I know the bigger coil may give an odd signal and pinpoint.

good luck,
