e trac screen

Gil

Member
It is difficult for me to view the screen because of the angle. Does anyone have a suggestion of something you could place on the screen to get rid of the glare.

Thanks,
Gil

That's the biggest complaint about the e-trac and valid I might add. There's a recent thread here about screen protectors that have some films which may help with the glare. I found suitable solutions playing with the contrast when it was an issue but sometimes you just have to shade/cover the screen or change your position to the sun.

Take a piece of dark colored thin plastic sheet and cut a Visor to be Velcro taped to the top of the e-Trac screen body...It should probably stick out about 2-3 inches from the face of the screen. I have been meaning to do this on my machine...The glare in the sun is as bad or worse than it was with the AT-Pro...
