I wondered what happened to the post on the e-trac screen. I'm having the same problem with my SE. I was curious to see if anyone had any suggestions or solutions to this problem.(GLARING SCREEN)

hi gil i am having the same problems to cant see the darn screen let me know what you find out i will call minelab to see .detecting:
 
Just a thought, I haven't installed it on my bike yet. But I bought a thingy called a "glarestomper" for the GPS on my bike. It's actually called a GPS sunvisor for $12-15 or so. But it would fit the configuration of your screens I think. Its held in place by an adhesive backed velcro.
