Do any of you put screen protector film on the control face? I was wondering if it might just be worth covering buttons and all.

I know alot of people are using the invisibleshield screen covers, including me. I was able to get a piece of one that was just the right size and it is working great. Compared to what I was using before I would never look back since it is so much tougher as far as scratches go.

I have one on my etrak and I like it a whole lot better than a rain cover. It does not reflect like the rain cover so I am able to view my etrak screen when the sun is out. It also cleans up nicely from muddy fingers. I still have a rain cover close by just in case.

OK.. so I am not going crazy when I typed the name of the screen protector! I guess it is being flagged as a curse word.....
Sailorman I was trying to say what Bart said above....

i bough the nu-tone anti glare screen and it helps with the sun,,,,, but not big enough to cover the buttons for that I put packing tape over them,,,,,, it works well to protect the surface IMHO

Thanks folks. Just ordered the Z@gg. First hunt tomorrow......

I recently got one for mine and it seems real nice. I did however find it to be a real pain to put on. Took me two tries to get it in an acceptable position on the screen. The directions tell you that after wetting it with the included solution, to slide it into place. Mine didn't slide at all. Once it touched the screen, it stuck. After two tries, I ran out of solution so I left it as is. I bought another just to have in case I want to change it later on down the road.

I don't need one on mine because when I wipe mine with a hanky and spit, the dirt smears and creates a haze that I can see through and it stops the glare:yo:.......NGE

eeeewwww

I love the Z@GG I have installed... but have wondered how easy it will be to remove for a new one. Anyone remove them after many months?
Thanx, Mike

It's not being flagged as a curse word, it's being flagged because it's a company name, and the company isn't a paying sponsor.
