Does anyone use their e-trac settings in the ctx or is it to different of a machine?..I don't own an e-trac but have seem some programs that work well and was gonna try to program my ctx close if it similar.

E-trac programs

FE/CO parameters are the same with the ETRAC and CTX 3030. And (other than variability), you could replicate most of the ETRAC settings on the CTX. But don't sell the CTX short. If you only use ETRAC functions, you are missing out on a lot of additional "functionallty" available with the CTX. And if you look through the posts in this forum, you'll see just how versatile (and valuable) this new functionality can be. JMHO HH Randy

If you have E-Trac Patterns, you can have them converted to the CTX.
Just sent them to me.

If you come from the E-Trac you can just upgrade and use your old Patterns.
The CTX has more abilities to finetune (the sounds per pixel) compared to the E-Trac.
But an E-Trac Pattern is a good starting point.
