E-trac made in Ireland

Member
I noticed that people looking to buy a used e-trac would rather have one made in Ireland. Is there a reason for this?

Some say (have the opinion) that the ones made (assembled) in Ireland give a little better performance than the ones from Malaysia.-----I have owned/used both Ireland & Malaysia SE Pros and have noted NO difference in either one of them.---They BOTH were of the same excellent quality & they both gave the same excellent performance.

After I swing my Irish made E-Trac all day I have a strong desire to slam a few pints of Guinness.
I hate to think what I'd want after swinging a Malaysian made E-Trac.

Most of the posts that I've read seem to say there's no real difference in the two machines - guess it's a matter of opinion.
