E-trac in New York soil

Hello guys...I'm hoping I will be a part of the E-trac family sometime here soon. I live in central New York where there is a lot of history. There are places near me that date to the early 1800's. Anyone who has one that lives in NY State, can it detect pretty deep on silver? I dont know much on mineralization and just wanted to know if it will be okay if i just use the stock coil. Thanks

I get up to about 12-14" with the stock coil in the right areas...If set up right, you will get plenty of Silvers.

HH,

Have found at almost two feet a Clad Quarter, Silvers easily at 12-16 inches

We live in WNY and the ground is No Problem :detecting:

Not sure about New York soil, but here in Michigan three of us are experienced Explorer users, and we can ping a silver dime at about a maximum of seven to eight inches with our Etracs, using the 10X12 Sef coil, which is not bad I suppose.

Thanks for the replies...I have a feeling I am going to be very satisfied
