I love mine. Much more comfortable and it really looks professional.

The factory arm cup just did not feel right to me. Too small and too uncomfortable.

This is by far much better.

Jeff's arm cuff is definitely first class in terms of look, feel and construction. I have been using it on my E-Trac since before they came out and would not go back to the original.
