Was this near the mill Gunnar ?

Looks like an insertable wheel that would go under a box or similar so it could roll but cant tell as nothing to compare size....

Just thought.... could be a wheel under a chair or dresser. Grandparents had that on both, like a dowel hole into the leg

That’s my thought too. Gunnar lives on some incredibly old property and I am amazed at the things he finds. I love the Old Native American pottery and arrowheads he finds.

Jimmy its was on top of bone hill that I have swept with every detector i have had darn near its got a layer 3to 4ft deep all scaped up from an old 1879 farm house and dumped up on bone hill I have only hit the surface, have now have a hole going in its derection and i dig and detect the dirt i throw out but the picture is from the top ft masking a good target . this is the layer the 1879 seated dime came out of and an 1862 fatty penny

Gunnar, you are still digging and sifting the dirt on bone hill? You find anymore treasures ?

I remember those nice coins you found too!!
Keep at it...who the heck knows what’s waiting for you there.

Yep still digging on bone hill , and after 10 years at the depression shack i found the 1st silver , I like to take time and work a site, as you have done in CT I did sell the Equinox I like the ORX way better , Plus i dont like the leaking issue that has been happeneing, I have never took it in the water but Oh well i took good care of it and it was a good machine . Have you been in the water with your Equinox?

I have been in the water but not deep enough to submerge the head. Mine is out of warranty so I don’t want to take the chance and end up with a paperweight lol

what do you like better about the ORX ?
