Dug a very deep coin today with iron problems

Today I dug a ct copper at a solid 9-10" with a square nail in the hole with it. The CTX is one hell of a machine.

Yup! Incredible!

Yep it's the fastest thing out there next to the Deus.

Well done Todd.

It can become almost a daily experience to recover not one not two but upwards of three items from a hole with CTX..
It's an amazing thing to witness.

I'm not too familair with a 'ct copper'...what is it? (left my Red Book in Pa when I left that state)

Good Hunting

Happens all the time with the Minelab CTX 3030! What settings were you using? Have you got the chance to use Gone Huntings settings? Those REALLY open that baby up!

I hunt in F/C with a wide open screen 01-34/ 49,50 disc only. Much the way I hunted my Etrac and the SE. I like to hear it all.

I am jealous! Nothing that old in Central Texas. I still want one of those incredible machines.

Connecticut Coppers: minted from 1785-1788.

Many counterfeit coppers were minted too.
