~Dug a million holes to get...8 silvers and a Buffalo...lol~

I set a goal to find 10 silvers for the weekend, and didn't quite make it, but I dug a million holes trying, got over $15.00 in clad, got enough to buy a few more silver..lmao

friday nite after work hunted with BadJim, we hit a few farms that didn't have many signals, got one lone beat up, worn to death merc...button, and lead seal thingee and of course wheats and clad

saturday morning Jim and I hit curb strips, did a lil better...got a sterling ring, another worn merc, clad and wheats, then we hit one old house...lady said it had been hunted before by her friend, but Jim and I both got a wheat and a silver merc.

sunday I hunted with GStout76 and we hunted 2 old houses and a lil old park....first house was just wheats and clad, second one was much better, got a 1935-S quarter, 1962 rosie, silver war nickel, 1925 buff, couple wheats and clad. Then we hit the small park, this place has virtually no signals but what is left is all 10-11" deep. I nabbed a 1920 merc and Greg got a merc and couple indians.

Wow, that is a lot of diggin! If you use a small digging tool, it must be a nub by now.
Thanks for posting,

Looks like it was a typical "Goes4ever" weekend! Lots of nice stuff there, really like the 35-S quarter, and those worn Mercs exhude quite a bit of character!

Some very nice finds. Almost made the 10 silver mark. Congrats. I know what you mean about digging. My friend broke his shovel this past weekend and I could hardly get my predator tools digger into the ground. Had to wiggle it back and forth to go in and that was an inch at a time.

You deserve every plugged nickle for your endeavours.......must be in the genes

Congrats, and we enjoy your posts........Matt....TheMarshall
