Dug a cap bust large cent today

Will clean her up and post later. Glad I dug this hole because it seemed to be big iron at first. Got a good and bad tone then pinpointed to find two targets in the same hole.
 
Because of its age and composition am sure it leached in the ground and had a big halo thus leading to false and big readings I would think. Those that investigate especially in an old area come up with some dandies...Thats why many relic hunters come up with some great coin finds as they dig most everything as their targets range from iron to high silver...Have dug a 1793 and 1797 and although both at least a foot deep appeared to be much larger in the ground and I would think the halo caused this reaction...
Nice find my friend...If you think you have a key date etc. leave the cleaning to an expert...
