Dry sand hunting with the Baron Coin Trax II

therover

Well-known member
I wanted a nice, relaxing hunt in the dry sand since the wet sand has been BRUTAL. At first looking for gold and silver, but after awhile the aluminum and tabs were too much, so I bumped up the discrimination and went after the potential silver along with the clad.

The CTII is a great dry sand hunter. You can really tell bottle caps with this unit, and I did not dig one of them.

Bagged a 1937 Washington.

The SUN was out....that in itself, here in NJ, was a blessing.
