I have seen several big creeks dry around my area. One I know of has several swimming holes. I just checked to see who owns the river-ways. From my reading if a river or large creek "can" be navigated by boat or raft at anytime it's owned by the state up to the high water mark. Even if some areas are not passable by water during normal levels. Anyone have any more info to share? I'm getting ready to walk a very long stretch of flat bedrock hoping to find some heavier treasure in the cracks. Probably just lead sinkers but who knows?
