Cool find... back then if you had a Chauffeur you had some money in your pocket that wasnt very common. I wonder if there is a way to find out whose license that was. Likely not since most was done on paper.

Nice find! Chauffeur badges from out west, especially the earlier dates like yours, are pretty scarce. I wonder if the State of California still has the records to tell you who the badge was registered to. Very cool find & Happy Hunting.
