Not to be a smartalec, but with those biga** boxes on the ends, how long can your swing your detector before your arm gives out?
What do they weigh?

Looks like a "killer" combo to me dirtmaster!-----I always wanted to try an M6, may still get to some day.------Del

The M6 is one of the best! Especially with the D2 coil. As far as weight they are a tad heavy but not too bad. I can swing for a couple of hours just enough to make the good finds lol. I do much heavier work at work so it doesn't phase me. We have gotten soft with these featherlite detectors lol. They may be a little heavier but they are built like tanks for years of use.

I started detecting in early 70s. Some if the detectors back then got big, heavy and a little awkward. But, I was a lot younger then and the amount of old coins and jewelry was staggering enough that you just didn't think about weight. It was all so new and cool to find that stuff.
I was just curious how they work for you. Thanks for the response.
