Dope grows discovered?

Any of y'all ever accidentally stumbled into a dope grow while out prospecting? What did you do?

I took my little daughter out panning in the Black Hills when we lived there, nice little drainage right out of Rockerville, good for flakes and fines...she was maybe 5yrs old at the time....Found ourselves in the middle of a grow, fairly well camoflaged, no gear laying around or anything, just plants planted random all along the bottom where I planned to dig...after casually looking around and listening real good, I pointed them out to her and told her if she ever comes across something like this, try to appear not to notice and just keep moving and leave.

Found another out exploring for trapping...these were planted in pots and hidden under brush piles...

Was doing some nugget-shooting around the Bradshaws in Arizona and on this one hillside I noticed some plant containers? They still had soil in them and were just the perfect size for growing individual plants but the plants were gone. The first thing I thought of was someone was probably growing some weed...then I thought of possible booby-traps Needless to say I found some other hills to swing

Was out deer hunting in the hills one time and came on a pile of stalks and root balls emptied out if pots...looked over the mountain and could see the cut where they had been growing so we found a different road to hunt. Other than that time in the hills we have run across a garden here or there on the ranch I work at, one of our borders is the Sacramento River and we people coming up in the sloughs growing and poaching pretty often. When we find them we just light off the dozer and push them over, people seem to get the hint!

GET OUT FAST as boobie traps abound. Here in the Golden triangle you can find'm by the dozen as soooooooooo many even cops on tv Dope discovery series admit they can't even get 1/4 of what they KNOW about as bud growing has become all the rage with cartels the worst offenders. FS employees won't even go service campgrounds without enforcement. TV shows abound with millions of plants torn asunder. The huge op last year netted over 23 grows HUGE grows with many 10s a 1,000s in massive greenhouses. In Trinity the dogs tore out the street signs for Posi Mountain road and put up their own Pot Mountain sign. Err on the side a caution especially when kids involved and make feet beat in opposite direction-John
