Well, I usually just post my more productive tot lot hunts.

I usually find some Jewelry. Sometimes that's not the case.

Tday I snuck off before anybody woke up and went to a very

trashy, sand filled tot lot down by the river. I've hunted it before

and have not given it enough time to fill back up with jewelry yet.

But I go there and remove nails and dangerious objects until I get

tired or my pocket get's full, which ever comes first. Today I made

136 recoveries in 1 hour & 20 minutes. Made 1.7 recoveries every

minute. Do you know what that means? It means I was resting during

during that time. Here's what little Compadre came up with this morning

My son called and said I just had to come back home. Had to cut it short.

He's the boss nowday's. I'm just stupid. You know how smart 18 year

olds are now days.

It is scary to know what our kids are playing on and around, huh? Great job in saving a doctor's office bill for someone. There are a few good finds in there, plus cleaner for next time!!

Yes Sir I know how smart they are..If my 19 year old was any smarter I could't stand it..oh wait," I can't stand it". (LOL

Looks like you gave that spot a real work over.....Check the hot wheels some are valuable (Red Line)

well, as has been mentioned next time you won't have to dig as much trash. Unless of course it is being deposited faster than you can remove it. It is amazing how much trash people will leave behind. Sad too. Glad you could get out. At present I'm looking at snow flurries and listening to the 40-50 mile hour wind as it tries to tear off the siding!

Tabdog, you are working WAY too hard!

Here's one for Arkie R&D...
Put a magnet on a stick for all them nails!
At 1.7 per minute, maybe it'll save those knees a few ups and downs...

Roll On The Floor Laughing!

Just HAD to type it out.
Looks like many of us in the same boat.

We have a wonderful 19yr old son glued to his video games
and a 17yr old that is in and out just to tell us how smart he is,
and get fresh laundry. or my tools. or food. or to tell us how smart he is...
Our oldest son only visits occasionally, when he needs a good meal!
Thank God our problems have been minimal.

Well I don't mind saying I'm a bit discouraged.
The foil is getting to me!
This is 2 different sports parks and another was turf in front of an AARP meeting hall.
I was VERY cautious digging there. Them folks are very particular, offend easily, and have plenty of time on their hands.
Gave up on more than a few targets that were deeper, just to avoid making any mess.

Think I'll go surface mining with the Little Yeller Feller for a week, and maybe some sand, for a change.

Some good days just arn't as good as others.

But that's the spice of life. Life takes cultivation.

Live and enjoy. Over come just some lifes frustrations

and it seems like a new world.

Enjoy,

HH,
