Hello all,

I was hanging in MN where we are weeks away from being detectable, just got another storm and no above freezing temps until late next week. I got a call about a job in Southern WI. Shut down the cabin and packed my goodies.

Today was going to try detecting a park and started assembling my detector and.. #$%#!!!! I forgot to pack an upper shaft for my XS.

Anybody got one to sell or loan, especially in WI/IL state line area?

Perhaps broom handle and duct tape for now?

We will be back up in the mid-forties again by next wednesday. We were spared all of that snow. It never got any further north than Hinckley. I'm betting on detecting steady within two weeks !
 
Come on down to Texas where it`s going to be 88 today and the ground is bone dry. :) Got permission to a couple of 1921 homes today.
