Hi Andrew,

You can call White's at 1-800-547-6911 and ask them.

Good luck

Hi Andrew,

I have read quite a few posts praising White's service. Hope it works out well for you.

Try bringing it to the dealer you purchased it from. I've merely replaced the loop if its under Warranty and dealt with the problem for my customer.

White's will fix any of the loops excluding the now replaced older version 950 which was epoxy based. The newest 950 loops can be quickly open by the factory techs and the problem fixed, then resealed. Beats having to fork over another 100.00+ if out of warranty.
