Does this ring represent a Cult? Does anyone know what it is? ..............

It is large and heavy, may be silver, but not sure, and it will not stick to a magnet. Skull and Bones, rooster or chicken on both sides appears to be made of copper. It was found on a farm in South Texas that was once owned by a man with a German last name, was in his family from the mid 1930's until the mid 1980's. I suspect that this ring might represent a Cult, but not sure. Any help to I.D. this ring would be appreciated. Kelley (Texas) :)

Silver plated brass from Mexico.
Nothing to do with a cult.

The Rooster symbol was used in the German army during WWII ... Skull and bones theme was used by the SS... Not sure though...
